Consulting Executive/Advisor to the Board

This Level 5 membership provides you and/or your organization with personal access to nearly 30 years worth of Executive Management experience from our Founder, Roger Harvey. This provides you with access to everything that Roger has learned through the course of his career, a constantly-evolving, organized catalog of experiences (both successes and failures) and a curriculum of training and development that can serve as the primary Operating System for your new or existing business.  

With a "willing to get our hands dirty" approach, we'll immerse ourselves in the organization's experience and story and will help you find the way from your dream to reality and success.  This membership may be cancelled at any time with no further commitment.

What specifically will and you/your organization get?

Two 55 minute meetings/month

Following the Process of Understanding Expectations (see below), we will work together to sharpen your focus on the highest-priority goals and objectives for you and/or your organization. A twice-monthly "performance review" for yourself and your organization to ensure that goals are achieved (and ideally exceeded) in both the short- and long-term.

The additional time required to prepare for and follow up on these meetings

In order to do a job well, both advance preparation and post-meeting follow-up is required. The amount of time required will vary depending on the nature of the project and priorities.

At least 30 minutes/month of additional phone call time

At least 30 minutes. We don't like to clock-watch, and we expect that some months may need zero phone calls, and other months may require more than an hour. If the additional phone call time becomes (or needs to be) more than 30 minutes/month, then an additional a la carte service(s) may be required.

Quick messages with questions, requests for referrals, etc.

If you need to reach Roger with questions, requests for referrals, and/or other help with day-to-day business matters, then you can message him at any time via our internal communications system and he'll reply as soon as he is able.
