Leadership Development

If someone describes themselves as a "leader", then we believe that they've forgotten how leadership works. Others choose to follow you, or not.
If they do, then they make you a leader.  You cannot make yourself a leader on your own.

If you'd like to be a leader, then the best that you can do is practice the things that you believe will convince others to follow you.

Stop thinking of yourself as a leader and begin doing what the others need you to do right now.
